El Gato Negro is a new brand that has come to conquer the city of Thessaloniki! Its philosophy is oriented towards impeccable customer service through the provision of high-quality meals, in imaginative combinations and in a very beautiful and modernly designed environment.
CARLOS (the black cat) came from Spain, specifically from Zaragoza, and is an expert in Spanish loukoumades, that is, churros. The recipe is secret and his own, passed down from his great-great-great-grandfather, and if anyone tries to meddle with it… he simply scratches them! He is good-natured, sociable and cuddly, and has only one flaw: he loves sweets so much that he cannot stop eating them all day long! He has a particular weakness for the delicious chocolate pralines, authentic Italian gelato, mini pancakes and of course cotton candy!
